Both are about two boys discovering their bodies in summer, one is definitely more experienced than the other and is also more feminine looking, both anime are some of the few hentai yaoi and being more meticulous, some of the few "trap on trap" hentais there are. Piko To Chico is a sequel, but it's the most similar one to Natsuyasumi.
