Artstyles, pace, and settings are very similar between these two series. Fans of either one will find similar things to like in another. The primary difference being that Seifuku Shoujo doesn't have as structured storyline while Shintaisou follows one specific story.
Both titles have exactly the same character designs and animation work, so hardcore plays and movements are involved. If you love all this excluding the plot into consideration, you will enjoy one as well as the other.
Both title's atmospheres are dark-toned and rape-related.
