If you liked the pure-hearted comedy and slice of life aspect of Nichijou, you might like this as well. Some might think the art style is a bit peculiar, but if you can get past it, this is a highly enjoyable anime.

Both are comedies which take roots in religion. While Hoozuki no Reitetsu is about hell as viewed in Japan, Saint Onii-san is about Buddha and Jesus.

While on the surface, Saint Oniisan and OPM have little in common, their comedic pacing and nature as slice-of-life [bromance] comedies starring unusual super-human characters give a similar vibe. Saint Oniisan lacks action, fighting, or even much of a plot, but the premise of Jesus and Buddha rooming together in a Japanese apartment and dealing with the extraordinary comedic situations their powers put them in is very similar to the core dynamic of Saitama and Genos.
