Tokimeki Memorial: Only Love

The same genres and The characters look so much alike (even Tsukasa has the same name). Not to mention the fact that I couldn't help but notice the entire way through that one reminded me of the other. Ichigo is like an ecchi version of Tokimeki Memorial. 

They seem to have the same feel and kind of writing, even though clannad hasn't put itself out there as a romance anime. 

Similar as in one guy getting all the girls. The artwork is also similar and they both have that same type of twist with the main girl. The main girls are similar in many ways i.e. smart and popular.  

They share the school environment and the easy atmosphere. Both also have the same kind of stupid situations involving weird pranks by certain character types. While the school in Tokimeki isn't as strange as the one in Rosario they're both pretty odd and have their specialities. Plus, of course, all the desirable girls fall for the main character. 

In both story, the male protagonist loves a girl but complicated things happen. Being seduced or being forced and had a several relationship with different girls is also presented here.  

Both main characters have girls around that like them. Both of them are romance, schoollife animes with some comedy sequence.  

Both series features a school life setting where the main protagonist meets many students forming various bonds with them. Both series features elements of romance as well as comedy. However, drama plays a dominant theme in both of these series that defines what school life is like. Both series main protagonist has several friends of the opposite sex that has some interest in him. Both series also has many clubs throughout its school setting. 

Both anime are very similar in the way that the romance portrayed is similar in the way that can relate to high school love. Although Tokimeki has no music relation to it, the level in which the love is conveyed makes it very similar. And both are great anime. 

Has the same love triangle feel. The characters of both anime is surrounded by girls, but has to pick one. Those who have watched one and liked it should definitely watch the other. 

The highschool romance...drama...ENJOY =3 

Though there's a huge time gap between both anime, Orange Road is still a precious classic, and in many ways, both Tokimeki and Orange Road have common elements. Especially in the story, and some of the cast. You'll definitely like Orange Road if you're fine with 1987's cel art. 

Similar character design. Harem type. You'll probably like both. 

Both shows have the romance, harem, comedy, and school life genres. You'll definitely like Love Hina if you liked Tokimeki Memorial.

Both are cute, school-life romance anime that will keep you wanting more.
