Inu X Boku and RDG are similar in the fantasy element they both share. Both have a female protagonist with a male love interest also main character. Both shows are visually appealing and involve ancestry.

RDG gives quite the spirit vibe which is also very nicely expressed in Hound. Both series give me such an intensity and both series are great.

Main girl character reminds me of Tohru Honda. The other characters seem to have animal forms like in Fruit Basket.

These two anime are similar in the aspect of supernatural, spirituality, and the growth of the characters due to those things. They both have a boy that meets a girl with supernatural powers and each affects one another somehow.

Weird Hair of the female Protagonist, strange "Institutes" in the Background and some Kind of Posession Main Difference is the intensity of Violence

Both female protagonist has a split personality and both female only wants to be a normal girl and to be love and protect by the male protagonist The difference between these two anime is that elfen lied is a gore anime with lots of blood in it while RDG is about ghost spirits and deity

Both Female Protagonist has a split personality and both male protagonist has to take care of a girl. Both anime have supernatural elements and with a balance of comedy romance and action. Both are definitely worth watching!

Monks, Priests and curses. All the things you found in Red Data Girl you will also find it on Inuyasha, even a school. Although the anime isn't developed in a school like RDG, you will enjoy the relationship between of the main characters with themselves and with their enemies. If you like RDG is highly probable that you will also like Inuyasha, after all Inuyasha is a Shounen anime, so give it a try.

Similarities: female MC starts off super lame but develops to become better/stronger, devoted knight-like male MC, gods, have elements of historical/rural Japan and traditional Japanese culture Differences: pretty different experiences (you may like one but the other you might not - depends on the viewer), RDG has more supernatural elements while AnY is has more traditional combat (weapons, fighting etc), AnY is a reverse harem while RDG isn't, AnY has more comedy than RDG

It's need much of time to understand both of these anime, also they give the same vibe somehow. both of these anime are about people who have spiritual power, and about the people who tend to use that power for their own benefit.

Both anime follow traditional customs, although in RDG it's based on Japanese traditional customs and takes place in modern times and Koukyuu no Karasu takes place in the Chinese Dynasty. The main protagonists of both animes are found to have powers and resemble Goddesses. There's a slice of life feeling that give off the same vibe.

Both Female protagonist is a Goddess. Both Female Protagonist has a split personality and both male protagonist is helping the female protagonist. Both anime is about ghost spirits and deity and both are romance anime. The difference between these two anime is that kannagi is more on comedy and romance while RDG is more on drama and action.

Noragami and RDG are similar with the supernatural genre mixed with some fantasy. Noragami is blatently dealing with demi gods and goddesses, whereas RDG is dealing with acient dieties and spirits through possession. Both are very reminiscent of each other.

The group of characters seem very similar. Also similar pacing/atmosphere+twists

Well in both series, there seems to be a lot of mysteries going in the background. Additionally, there's this main protagonist who seems to have supernatural powers. There's shinto themes in both series and makes it in a more lighthearted/fantasy like environment. Both series also features a school in which the main characters resides in. The main male protagonist has many interactions with the characters and in essence, each of them have a different backgrounds but relates to the overall tone of the story.

In both series, the MC moves to a new place to seemingly begin their new life but strange events happens around them in supernatural form. There is indeed supernatural themes in both series that also involves a higher power. These powers seemingly surround the origins of both series as the main protagonist is the center of it all. There is also some mystery phenomenon in both series and hinted romance. Among other factors, Kamisama Dolls and Red Data Girl has a similar vibe with their settings in the modern world but with some traditional backgrounds set in previous times.

Our main heroine can see spirits/yokai. Both are a priestess. Mediators between human and spirits/yokai. Izumiko is shy while Makoto is full of energy. Satoru is giving me that Miyuki vibe. From his character design. Both of them have interest in the main heroine and will protect her.

A bodyguard/manservant must protect a shy, soft spoken, timid girl. The main heroine in both series live a shelter life. With the help of the bodyguard/manservant the heroine changes

These anime are similar in a few ways. Both female characters have long hair and have a strange, unique power. Although both girls have this power, they are not fully aware of their power's capabilities. So there are a few people in both anime who protect and stand by the main female. Both anime are also set in a high school setting.

I get a similar feeling from both series. RDG and Uchouten Kazoku both takes in a modern world setting but with a tasted of fantasy added in. That fantasy element comes from both the characters as well as the events that goes on. The main character from both series seems to have mysterious origins. Yasaburou and Suzuhara also realizes there are secrets going on behind the scenes. There's just this serene-like mood with traditional Japanese values that pops up here and there.
