Both are sweet boy's love stories.
Sukisho and Loveless are shounen-ai titles with a twisted plot that hinges on tragic past events that shadow the narrative. While Sukisho is overall more light hearted its later episodes match the darkness in Loveless. Both series have very smooth artwork that conveys emotional attachments easily; and both take a non-graphic approach to boys' love with plenty of heart-felt disclosures and a stress on character interactions.
If you liked the spicy feeling of the "forbidden" relationships (or at least it doesn't bother you) but didn't really like or care about more intimate scenes and want more mysticism and a much more twisted story - go ahead for Loveless, it's universe's gonna absorb you!
Three words: supernatural shounen ai.
It's mostly plot but still has a touch of that BL that we all love.

The first episode of both series are similar to each other; they both have hand-grabbing and kissing between the two guys that must be bonded. This is probably due to the fact that the same people who worked on Loveless are working on Monochrome factor too.
some yaoi...which i try to overlook to enjoy the anime
The first episodes are really similar as they both involve two guys who need to be "bonded" together, and involve a kiss too.
While they are both light Shounen-ai, Loveless has a far more serious storyline than Monochrome Factor, but if you like one of them then you're sure to like the other :3
They both have the same producers, theres an older man with long hair that adapts feelings for a younger male character...its funny...it has action...and its yaoi{for those fans!if you really like lovless youll love monochrome factor even more! both are very good.

The plot it's not similiar at all, but the Sebastian/Ciel relationship reminds me of the Soubi/Ritsuka one. Kuroshitsuji it's not Shounen Ai, though.
Though the plots and story line are completely different, the main characters seem to have similarities.
First off, Ciel and Ritsuka are both 12. Though they have different voice actors, their voices sound extremely similar. They're both stubborn and have snarky attitudes throughout the series. They have also both lost something precious to them. Ciel his family, and Ritsuka his older brother. Both lost their relatives due to fires. (in Loveless, this is directed via anime, as to where the manga tells otherwise about his brother's 'status'.)
Soubi and Sebastian are similar as well. Both have extrodinary powers and call the main characters their 'masters'. They are both in a contract of sorts with the kids, and their lives are made to serve said boys and protect them at all costs, also being ordered to do whatever their masters want. Both men are calm and composed and are rarely seen angry. The only difference is that Sebastian is a butler, as to where Soubi is a 'servent'. (Yes, that's similar, but with different meanings of the words) Also, Sebastian seems a lot darker than Soubi personality wise.
The 2 main characters in both shows have the whole Master-Servant relationship
The master-servant relationship is applied in both series. The uke, Ritsuka from Loveless and Ciel from Kuroshitsuji are both egoism. Tough and determined. Whilst the seme, Soubi from Loveless and Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji are both loyal and obedient to their masters. In fact, both of them also hide secrets from the masters and tend to do things or sovle problems by themselves without the master's acknowledgement.

Well, they're both BL, but Loveless has less than Junjou. Anyway, I enjoyed them both, so other people might do too ^^
If you're a shounen-ai fan, these are both a must to watch.
Usami's and Misaki's relationship reminds me very much about Soubi's and Ritsuka's: The loving, protecting seme who's unconditionally in love with the uke and have no problem with telling him so, and the denying uke who'd rather throw himself in front of a bus than admitting that he actually loves the seme. They also have the same age gap of about 10 years between them. (Though it doesn't seem as much in Junjo Romantica as in Loveless, where Soubi almost seems to be a pedophile.)

Simalar! Boy X Boy. Yaoi anime?
these two both have similar art and are connected around boys love.

Loveless and Descendants of Darkness deal with supernatural battles that drag the characters into bitter confrontations. Dark and mysterious pasts are another common factor, as is the occasionally dark tone that both series contain. While they shy from being graphic, much is implied, leading to many a painful revelation. Loveless qualifies as shounen-ai and DoD has enough boys' love content to be highly slashable.
Both are shounen-ai anime set in a supernatural or fantasy world. Loveless is more hardcore, although not really yaoi and in Yami no Matsuei it's more of a sub-plot.

Both give off a similar feeling, with the central mystery surrounding the main character's older brother.
|
|
|
Both have servants that only they control and both wage war with each other.

|
|
the storyline is dark and very personal, a romantic in the sense

The atmosphere in both animes isn't very much alike, but they do have some stuff in common.
First of all, a young, pretty character having cat-like ears with lost memories suddenly coming into a relationship with a handsome stranger.
They both focus on relatioships, their hardships and, most of all, looking for the only one person to love. This is often mentioned in these two series.
They are both very touching, funny at times and romantic.

Though Loveless is arguably rather shounen-ai, both anime involve similar battle systems in that a pair is required to fight to maximize their chance of success, and that one part of the pair fights while the other provides power. Both anime also involve a shady organization that the main protagonists fight against.

Both Earthian and Loveless stories are from the wonderful mangaka Kouga Yun. Both are unique and beautiful and portray an image of somewhat melancholic romantic relationships between boys. Other than that, the stories are completely different, but are both worth watching (and especially reading, since the anime shows only a portion of the whole story in both cases).

If you could make it with the boy to boy love in lovless, then you could maybe enjoy this anime...

First off, they have similar atmospheres. Also, both center around a character forced into a strange form of combat, and both involve many unconventional relationships (romantic, sexual, and otherwise).

Loveless and Angel's Feather take a dramatic approach to shounen-ai mixed with magic. Both Angel's Feather and Loveless include supernatural battles and a growing romantic relationship between male characters. A very vibrant and elegant design pervades these anime as does the occasional feeling of fragmentation that makes one feel that the whole story is about to begin exactly when it comes to an end.

BL situation on both animes...
|
|
|
Both heros deal with loneliness, a new in which he gets engulfed against his will, and above all, whether or not to form a bond with someone else. Ritsuka's more frail than Miharu in his mind, but he finds mental support in Soubi. Miharu on the contrary, reaches a new confidence in himself and in others upon meeting Yoite, who wants to run away from attachment even more than Miharu. Beyond the shounen-ai are stories about meeting our soul mate.

Loveless is also an anime about an older man falling for a young boy who has had a traumatic life.
