A reverse harem anime. There are brothers who fall in love with the same girl. 

Both female mains are maids struggling to find their place in the world 

Reverse Harem The female leads seem a bit nervous and want to give up at first, but as the series goes on they become more determined. Both great quality, and have good story lines. 

- Girls have somehow same/similar personality - It's both OVA's - Both of them are/contains reverse harem - They're definetly both a great time to waste on! - Even though the stories takes place in a different time, they're filled with funny, romantic - and somehow same - moments. 

Both are reverse harem themed anime with very [annoying] indecisive main characters with no special traits or talents. I guess you can say their only "good" trait is their naiveness to a fault but the main character in both anime (of course) ties the otherwise complicated and distant group of guys together with their meekness and can-do attitude. Typical for for otohime anime I suppose with relatively good art and different, handsome men. 

Reverse Harem. Isami is giving me this Hijikata vibe from his appearance and personality. Many of the characters from Hakuouki are very similar too. XD
