Both Anime have similar styles and surround a school group that contains a harem. The characters also have similar personalities to each other.
First, the most obvious, the art. Same artist.
Then I just watched the first episode and like Seitokai no Ichizon, they didn't do anything but to mess around in their club room.
Same artist in both series. Most characters look the same.
similar comedy, lots of random parodies, same animation, weird plot twists at the end that suddenly make it a serious show, and 2 Seitokai no Ichizon characters show up at the last episode as cameos
Characters look nearly the same, but different setting at all.
This anime is quite funny
