The two OVAs both feature a protagonist who comes across a mysterious white haired girl with hime fringe and powers that help him get laid, as well as romance said white-haired girl. While Namaiki is vanilla, Please ♥♥♥♥ Me! is obviously a bit darker.  

Both OVAs have hentai and comedy combined and involve magic devices and seducing women who are actually not against it :)

there is a guy who just goes and finds many girls to rape. The ending is sweet at the end 

The guy in both H-series has many targets to choose from. 'Please Rape Me' actually has a far better ending but 'Tropical Kiss' do better in the scenes which is what most people watch this is hoping for.
