If you're a fan of Naruto and want to laugh then you should watch this. You shouldn't try to link it to the main story in ANY way or you might get head-aches, just try to forget the main series for the time you watch this. Especially if you're a Rock Lee fan then you definietly shouldn't as it makes him look like a complete idiot.

Right, now to the actual story. Rock Lee is the main character of the series along with Neji and Tenten. From time to time we will se characters like Naruto, Sakura, Guy and Kakashi. This series is fully packed of read more

Ah okay this review will be short so i'll get right on to it.

Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden is in short, a comedy. There is no true plot in the series other than to follow Rock Lee's humurous life as everyone has been turned into chibis. There is not meant to be any serious action whatsoever.

Nonetheless, watching the series is very entertaining and in my opinion, hilarious. The opening and endings are both very adorable and fun to listen to. The little stories that are in each episode can range from the theme of love to the importance of friendship. They have even poke read more

This show was what I looked forward to every Tuesday.

Do you like Naruto? Do you like Naruto Shippuden? (pretty much the same thing, but whatever) Because I like both, and this show was the highlight to my Tuesday whenever I got home from school.

The show just finished yesterday, and honestly, I was gonna cry myself a river because I was so sad it was ending.

Lucky for you, as long as you know the characters in Naruto, you can pick up the show in any episode you want and you would still be able to follow what was going on. It has no definite plot line, read more

Anime: Slam Dunk
How are they similar? It's simple. You won't be able to stop laughing!

Anime: Shingeki! Kyojin Chuugakkou
They're both spin-off series of extremely popular animes
They have similar humor that's really exaggerated and over the top
They have chibified characters
Basically if you like one, then you'll like the other

Anime: Seitokai Yakuindomo
Although funny for their jokes too, a very crucial similarity between these two anime and also what makes them twice as funnier is because both have reaction-based comedy (don't know if there is a word for this term) i.e. characters themselves criticize the jokes, statements made and the mannerisms of characters (comically).
Plus both are episodic anime with continuing jokes.
And ofcourse, they are a great choice if you're in the mood for something light and silly :D

Anime: Tentai Senshi Sunred
Uses the known medias of archetype shounen tropes and turning them into parody for entertainment purposes attributing more possible elements of comedies, though Rock Lees own sitcom is reliant to the Naruto series itself (since its where their character techniques and world is introduced) though it only focuses on laughter and not making sense while Sunred have an arms of their own without going off in its comparison which is Power Rangers.

Anime: Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
Whilst Naruto SD is a parodied series from the main series of "Naruto", Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei contains parody elements within the series.
reportRecommended by R0LAN
Anime: Crayon Shin-chan
Similar style of comedy.
