Sweet tales about ones dreams coming true. Slice of life that deals with the bonding of friendships and that also have similar art styles and similar feeling to the story.
Follows a group of friends that go through many misadventures and many troubles that more often than not leads to funny results. Over the course of the series their friendship is tested and eventually grows stronger than it was at the beginning.
Both series contain the slice of life theme with characters doing things with their friends on a daily basis.
Both series contain a cast of characters with interesting personalities.
Both series has comedy, drama, and similar styles.
Just the whole thought of this being their last summer brings them together. Many of the characters also have similar personalities. The two shows do have their minor differences but in the long run it is both about people who want to enjoy their summer.

Both have the same protagonist lineup (four girls), and both shows are slice of lives which emphasize in the depth of the story about friendship, family, etc. Similar character design also (Rinko has similar hair with Ohana).
Life is not always simple especially during years of puberty involving the characters in both of these two series. As such, there is no doubt in my eyes that both of these series has some similarities:
*Both series has that slice of life feeling revolving cute girls doing cute things
*Both series has a dominant female cast with similar artwork
*Both series has realism although Natsuiro Kiseki seems to fall out of that phase later on
*Both series contains comedy and drama
*Both series presents various scenarios of every day life and the troubles we may face
*Both series has friendship as one of its major themes
Overall, these two series are for viewers interested in a relaxing anime that lacks the typical shōnen action, mindfucks, or ecchi but rather a slice of life style theme.
Both have the same slice of life feeling to them. Hanasaku Iroha has more romance as of now and Natsuiro Kiseki has more friendship. I love both of them and If you like one , you will like the other!
Very similar genre and very similar art. Both focuses on four girls.

in both anime its the fun (mis)adventures of a group of cute girls who want to kiss eachother and i think the mysterious powers of midori (cute robot nickname) are similar to big rock-sama's because they are both magical and unpredictable and cause wacky things to happen
also they want to kiss eachother

both of these series are really realyl good but underrated a difference between the two is jinrui is quite popular with pixiv people and there's a lot of cute art of it but you would struggle to try and find a pic of the natsuiro cast kissing eachother
both anime feature cute likable eccentric characters with pink(???) hair and both have very memorable opening/ending sequences to add to their long list of similarities,,...

While differently presented, both series follows a slow paced rhythm. The season that both series takes place in reflects a summer atmosphere that is hot, moist, and slow.
Both series has a slice of life feeling abut at the same time has a little supernatural element added to the mix.
Both series' main female protagonist also has a goal in her life along with their friends.

Both series are slice of life genre about friendship. But got different in Natsuiro Kiseki about girls friendship ,but in Kimi to Boku about boys friendship.

Slice of life adventures of a group of middle schoolgirls in a minor Japanese town, with a supernatural twist.
both are talking about girls and their stories and interests in " slice of life " atmosphere
Soft fluffy slice of life featuring the middle school age group as the main characters. The characters deal with growing up.
The basic premise for each of these series is, a group of teenagers make wishes on a special stone/rock/statue, the wishes unexpectedly come true, hilarity ensues and/or lessons are taught. Henneko is the superior of the two, but Natsuiro Kiseki (Summer Miracle) still deserves some props for some interesting mini arcs.

Slice-of-life about four middle school girls with some yuri vibes. The hair colors match pretty well, too.

-Both animes have a touch of supernatural events that happens over their summer
-Both are of school life/slice of life
Four teenager girls with different personalities, a dream of playing in a band, and slice of life. Natsuiro has more fantasy and K-On is more school-life oriented but both are pretty similar.
Both anime are focused on girls efforts to become idols. Personality of characters are very alike and also have plenty of moe.
