Synopsis Long ago, on an island called Altomare, there lived an old man and woman. One day, the couple found two small children lying on the shore, badly wounded. The couple took them in and took care of them, and the children quickly recovered. But then, the island was attacked by monsters. Within moments the island fell into the monsters' wrath. But then...Before the old man and lady's eyes, the children who they had taken care of transformed into the Eon Pokemon, Latios and Latias. They called their family from the sky. They came, and carried a stone with them containing the power to force the monsters away. This gem was known as the "Soul Dew". Peace returned to the island. However, later in the present, a criminal duo - Zannâ and Rion - are seeking Latios and Latias in order to take control of the Soul Dew. Taking a short break in Altomare, Satoshi befriends Latias and is now dragged into the situation helping to save Altomare from becoming swallowed up by destruction again.

Similar Characters, Both Have Amazing Stories. I was gripped by Pokemon 2000 when I first saw it in theaters. It was a captivating experience that had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I was sucked into the mystical and amazing world of pokemon, and seeing it on the big screen was thoroughly epic. I was awestruck at the masterpiece that was Pokemon 2000. It couldn't get better, until the fateful day when I was at my friends multi million dollar resort home in Lake Tahoe, watching pokemon with his 5 sisters, aged 6-14. We popped in Hereos, and we took a ride, a magical ride that I would never forget. I wanted to be there, in the movie riding the pokemon. I longed to feel the shimmering body of a Latios or Latias beneath me. I wanted to embark on a magical ride that included the amazing creatures. I was jealous of Ash. I wanted to be him, it was an amazing feeling. I never wanted the movie to end, and when it did, I teared up. It was like watching the Mona Lisa turn to a black canvas. It slowly faded to black, and i slowly sniffed. The ride of my life was over. The Masterpiece no more...
