Story- I think that the plot of the story wasn't very contestant. It added things and just dropped it off. I think that the story is like three different arcs (in away). I like the first two, but the last one was not very interesting and very confusing. I think there was stuff they forgot to wrap up or did do it properly. I will not say what it was because I don't want to give spoilers

Art- The art is where this show shined the most. It was very colorful and lively. When it came to a time of a flash back or memories, the read more

Starting off as a comedy and, then, getting total serious and violent, this was surely an unique experience... We can see Fear as a clumsy girl on the entire first episode, destroying everything on Haruaki's house. However, things get more interesting as her true nature is shown right on the next episode: a killing machine...

Gattering all pain and suffer caused by the Inquisiton and turning that into a human with feelings and the sole desire to forget her past, Fear is "delivered" to Haruaki as a cube, sent by his weird father. Maybe he already knew Haruaki would be able to help her out, as read more

C3 centers around a boy named Haruaki Yachi who one day recieves a black cube from his father. His father sends him cursed intruments to try and make him break the it because he is resistant to curses. However the black cube is actually a girl named "Fear" and she is a type of intrument, a "Fear in Cube". She suddenly starts living with him, much to the dismay of Haruaki's childhood friend Konoha.

However as the story progresses on, it develops into something much darker. Turns out that there are other people who wants the " Fear in Cube", and they come after Fear. read more

C3... Ah, what to say. This show had a lot of potential, I must say. It's problem? It wanted to be too many things. First, it wanted to be a fun ecchi comedy about a girl who happens to be a magical box living with a boy who is immune to the "curses" these magical objects give off. Add the big breasted neighbor (who is also a magical object by the way), add some romance, and you've got a typical ecchi harem. Right?
That's exactly what I thought the show was going into it, but I soon found out that it read more

Both have characters with supernatural abilities which are very similar to each other.
Both shows have people fighting using, or being, cursed instruments/tools. They also look cute at times, and very violent at others.
Both of these shows are about artifacts. Dragon Crisis! has them in a more positive light, while C³ has them in a darker light. But some of the objects actually have a life of their own.
Bright colors, a chaotic plot line along with a chaotic cast of characters.
Girl comes out of a strange object with super powers
Boy conveniently lives alone and girl stays with him
Ecchi elements galore

Plenty more to list but you get the idea.
They are both drawn and animated the same way, giving both anime the same feel. I was instantly reminded of Baka to Test only 5 minutes into C3.
