Same feel and similar plot.
A young guy takes on the responsibility of raising a young child. In both stories, the male lead finds the child's mother, and even let her see her little girl, but she makes it clear that she does not want the child in her life. The male lead also finds love with someone that becomes somewhat of a mother figure to the girl.
I can go on and on about how similar these two shows are, but instead, I'll just wrap it up by giving you my word that if you love one show, you will definitely - without a doubt - love the other as well.
In both Animes the mother abandons the children, and some one is forced to raise them.
In both the older male character is left in charge to take care of a little girl. They both learn the difficulties and challenges of raising a child. Both have a sweet atmosphere about them. Both have bright visuals.
Both series primarily deals about the difficulties and challenges of raising a child. The two are similar because the male leads willingly accepted the responsibility despite the fact that its not their own child but somebody else.
Both animes have abandoned little girls by their mother and a seemingly free going older male takes the responsibility of raising the young girls.
They both have child issues and have to take care of children that are not theirs.
Both involve a character who has to suddenly adapt to taking care of a child.
Also, both are just soooo heart-warming!
Similar plot. Both are great.
Both of these anime involve a child being brought into the life of an unsuspecting caretaker, and cute/comedy ensues. I prefer Usagi Drop because it has a superior art style (despite Aishiteruze Baby being somewhat recent, it's art is pretty bad) but Aishiteruze Baby doesn't have a bad story at all.

Both have to take care of a little girl.
Both anime feature a high school student taking on the responsibility of a young child, though the circumstances of the child are different (and therefore lead to different storylines), the theme is present in both. So for this reason I suggest Kure-nai lovers to try out Aishiteruze Baby, especially if the relationship between carer and child is what appealed to you.
Both are looking after a Littil Girl Round Age of 4-8 years Old
Both have to deal with their own miserable lives and a little girl's problems. Cute and simple.
They both are about kids who have been temporarily been abandoned by their parents and have to be taken care of by an older teenage boy! They both are good watches!
In both animes the main character ends up looking after a young girl, and a large portion of each focuses on family issues.
MC forced to take care of a child while trying to balance his love life and other problems.
Both series are about a teenager boy somehow raising a little girl.

taking care of a younger sister or something like that
due to the story in both series although different they share subplots to some extent
Both series have children and brotherly relationships.
Both series focuses on a main male protagonist who takes cares of a younger girl. It focuses on him taking on a parent-like role and showing responsibility as each episodes progresses.
Both series has a slice of life feeling where there each episodes is presented in an episodic like sequence.
Both series has hints of romance, comedy, drama, and many instances of parenting.

how to take care of a baby? well these two anime can definitely help you out. Human baby or alien baby? when it comes to babies, they're a different specie from the adults!
If you love Ruu you'll maybe you'll also like Yuzuyu, the cute kid in Aishiteruze Baby!! The only similar things excluding the cute kids are it's mild romance and they have family matters and school problems.
the similarity iss about taking care of a kid =3

Both involve story lines where two guys take care of young girl/girls while juggling their love lives.
The duty of taking care of another child/children becomes a prominent theme in both series.
Also, there is light toned comedy, slight romance (more so in Aishiteruze Baby), and drama. But most importantly, it is about responsibility in both series where the main character becomes something he never thought he'd become.
Heartwarming series that's a must-see.
Both stories about student take care of little girl (girls).

Although there's really no similarities [storywise] between the two shows (other than they're both technically slice of life comedy dramas), they both have the same look and feel to them. They're both heartwarming, and have a great deal of development in both the main and side characters.
If you liked Aishiteruze Baby then you'll like Fruits Basket.
In both series, the characteristics of the main characters are similar. There is also a sweet atmosphere of the series that makes you want to watch more and more. It is also innocent and portrays realism despite the fantasy genre in Fruits Basket.
In addition, there is comedy, drama, and later romance in both series. Heartwarming tales.

Both of these anime's have a sad background story. The female characters seem to struggle a bit. It's got the same atmosphere though. There's the cute/happy moments, and then times when you feel that you need a tissue :3

both have children and people learning to take care of them although aishiteruze baby has realism but they are still similar
|
|
|
You have a rough high school kid thrown into situations where he does nice stuff, accompanied by jokes and drama.
|
|
|
These are both rather happy anime that center around self growth in the MC, in Aishiteruze Baby the main character learns responsibility as he goes through many situations while raising his much younger cousin while in Nodame Cantabile she learns about truly understanding a piece of music and the joy it can bring to truly practice with the intent to get better. The key similarity however is the overflowing happiness both bring out, with a slight bit of romance on the side, In Aishiteruze Baby this is a bit more obvious and upfront while in Nodame Cantabile it is much more subtle. Both series do not contain too much drama and will really give off a rather refreshing feeling.

Aishiteruze and Beelzebub are both about high school males that end up being the caretakers for small children. That's the only similarity because one (Aishiteruze) focus on love (both the romantic and familial kind) while the other (Beelzebub) focuses on humor. However, if seeing high school males take on nurturing roles is your schtick, you'll like both of them.

They are similar because it involves a baby whom lost their parents, so the children would have to both take care of the baby. Both involve romance too.

Both are heartwarming.
In Aishiteruruze Kippei has to take care of a little girl and in Midori no Hibi Seiji has to hide Midori from others.

The storys are so cute! Although this are different stories, they both have a deeper meaning that makes it so goood to see them. Good series for soap lovers.
|
|
|
They are both about cute little girls~ and guys who are unaccustomed to dealing with small children.
|
|
|
These are similar because they both deal with actual life situations that often happen. They revolve around one trying to find love and comfort from what they've lost, or trying to find something that helps make them feel whole and happy.

well... there's the infatuation of the older guy to a small girl, this time its not only the height but also the age... but then the most similar of the two are: school life, love/romance, comedy... oh... don't worry the guy doesn't have a shotacon complex... its just that he's attached to this younger "girl"... ^_^

The relationship between Kippei and Kokoro compared to Taiga and Ryuji are almost identical. Kokoro and Taiga both lack of parent love and portray loneliness. However, I think Kokoro is hotter. The main difference is that Aishiteruze has a kid that interferes in the relationship, while Toradora both oblivious. Nevertheless, both are fun to watch and their cute.
