This anime, or more specifically web-anime, is a series of web shorts about the crazy, exaggerated hi-jinks of Ayu and Mayu from Kimi ga Nozomu Eien. It's really hard to describe since so many weird skits happen in the short episodes.
Story: There's not much of a story since it's a slapstick series but the setting is based off of the Kimi ga Nozomu Eien series and the Muv-Luv series. You may need to watch (KimiNozo) and read (Muv-Luv) to know who and where the characters are but it won't distract you too much if you haven't.
Art: As you can easily see, the art is mainly in super-deformed "chibi" style which helps show the silliness and exaggerated scenarios. Since it's just a super-deformed web-anime, it only uses other art styles in a few skits for certain characters where over-the-top, detailed art is necessary.
Sound: The sound is plain but very suitable when coupled with the super-deformed art. Like the art, some skits where detail is needed, the sound will be clear and varied.
Characters: This is where most of the references reside in this anime. About half of the humor relies on the characters and what happens in their respective series. You can see this easily when the purple mecha (a Takemikazuchi from Muv-Luv) crashes through the city or the aliens (BETA also from Muv-Luv) wreak havoc in a restaurant.
Enjoyment: Someone with no knowledge of Kimi ga Nozomu Eien or Muv-Luv probably wouldn't enjoy it as much since there are so many references. Even then, the references are backed by slapstick humor so you can still have fun watching it. It mostly depends on how much the viewers like the characters, setting, or the type of humor.
Overall: I give it a 8/10. The comedy is great and someone with no knowledge of the characters could still watch it and enjoy it. It is held back by the many references but that's a given since it is based on KimiNozo and Muv-Luv. Again, this anime is based on KimiNozo and Muv-Luv but most of the references are based around Muv-Luv so it would help if you read the Visual Novels to get many of the jokes (though you would probably enjoy those more than this web-anime). I say if you have watched Kimi ga Nozomu Eien and you have some time to kill, go watch this. If you have read the Muv-Luv series (especially Alternative because it is amazing) then you'll have a fun time with all of the references. If you have watched/read both, then you'll probably enjoy this the most. read more

Both series take their more serious respective universes and parody them in episodic skit format. Their humor rely mostly on your knowledge of their vast canon.
