I am part of the strange collection that is stressing about whether I should sell my Wii for a PS3. Apart from that, I'm pretty much your everyday Otaku: Anime, Manga, Visual Novels, Figures, Gundams, EVAs, J-pop... you get the juice ;)
I don't really accept random requests, but if you comment and I can somehow relate to you (even if it's just one anime/manga) I'll probably accept it XD
Anime I love:
Romance (this includes romance tragedy too): Ef-a tale of memories, Clannad
Comedy: Lucky Star, School Rumble
School-life (only if the genre double up with the ones i like): School Days, GTO
Slice of Life: Honey and Clover, Aria series
Manga adaptions (whereas the manga was good): Fullmeta; alchemist
Harem: Shuffle, Da Capo SS II
Anime I might like:
Action: Kenichi
Adventure (really depends): Tegen Toppa Gurren Laggan, Samurai Champloo
Horror/ Mysteries: Hiurashi, DeathNote
Shounen: Naruto, Black Cat
Sports: Ookiku Furikabutte, Slam Dunk
Refernces: Cosplay Complex: Hayate no Gotoku
Anime I probably hate:
Mech: FMP, gundam
Military: Ghost in a shell
Fanservice with lolis: Strike Witches
Sports with super attacks: Eyeshield 21, Prince of Tennis
Manga I should like:
Shounen (adventure): Naruto, FMA
(Harem): Ayu Mayu, To love Ru
Romance: Bitter Virgin
Shojou: Mars, Hana Yori Dango
Adventure: Tsubasa chronicles
Random one shots: White clouds
but too bad since I already knew that. I've already read the novels and man even the end of episode 3 hinted at another episode of Endless Eight, which I think is a great move. Episode 2 was a typical summer of the SOS Dan, they figure out things in Episode 3 but are unable to do anything about it, and I'm somewhat positive they will solve it in Episode 4. Stretching it to Episode 5 will be too much so yeah should end at 4. I'm waiting for afk to release their sub first before I watch it =P
The song is actually a perfect copy of the original Evangelion OP just with Hina's voice by Ito-san. Hell they even did some cameo scenes from the Eva OP itself so it was wonderfully done.
Of course I would have preferred if they did the Rocky theme as Hayate ran, but moe moe Hina is also acceptable! xD
In the year 2005, the team who created Ouendan thought 'Hey, why not add spinners to make the game more diverse and difficult?' And because of that, the spinner's dastardly schemes stole the lives of many and creating many negative long-lasting effects on mankind. In short, those spinners suck.
That was actually faithfully adapted from the manga and having Cruel Angel's Thesis actually being sung by Hina made it even more epic...though trap Hayate do not want!
Heh, I'm in Hawaii, so it's always Summer. Man, and I was certain that the problem must've been the spinners in Ouendan, lol. Because all the problems in our current society (and Ouendan, I guess...) can be attributed to those gosh darn spinners. Whoever created the concept behind that needs to die a painful death. And btw, You're on medium on Ouendan, right?
Too bad you can't call the Elite Beat Agents to motivate your white blood cells. At least you got the flu during the summer, I suppose, but that sucks nonetheless. And don't tell me that hurdle you're trying to get over is the spinners?
WHATEVS Nintendo all the way, even though they milk their series and add stupid gimmicks to each new release. Of the 4 or so Sony game systems that are released, I only got the PS2, which from what I've seen, seems to have been the best console during that generation.
For me, I never hear any Asian music that fits into my favorite genre or anything, so I just settle with high-pitched pop songs and jazz.
Well, yeah, most good games are made in Japan after all, like, Mario, Zelda, Metal Gear, Final Fantasy and all that. What about uhh... Goldeneye 007? I love that game and it's American, unless FPS isn't your type of games or something?
What a coincidence, I'm Asian as well. I'm an Asian who likes Asian cartoons and Asian video games, isn't that just plain silly?
I don't really like Asian music all that much though, except for a single here and there. the only Asian music I consistently listen to is from Yoko Kanno.
